No spam. One written price, and you are never on the hook to book.

How we handle Long-Distance
Long hauls come apart at the hand-off, where one company loads you and a stranger unloads. That hand-off never happens with us. Your belongings go on our truck once and come back off on the day we committed to, all under a single written figure.
A number set before we lift a box
Most crews around the Twin Cities quote by the hour and let the clock write the final bill. We do it the other way: a firm number in writing before we pull into your driveway, with the packing, the storage, and even the St. Croix river crossing already figured in.
Walk us through it
Tell us about the place, the stairs and the driveway, and the dates on your calendar, by phone, on a video walk-through, or in person over coffee.
Get one number
We send a single flat figure back from the Edina office, most often the same business day you get in touch.
Say yes when you are ready
Asking costs nothing. You only put it on the books once the price and the date sit right with you.

Reviews from both sides of the river
Our trucks. Our movers. Nobody in between.
Your move is never sold off to a broker, handed to day-labor, or dropped on a stranger you have never met. The people carrying your couch are on Nate’s payroll, and every truck at the curb is ours, lettered with our name, stocked, and serviced in our own shop out in Edina.
- On our payrollTrained, background-checked movers who load Minnesota and Wisconsin homes week in and week out.
- One crew start to finishThe same team loads, drives, unloads, and sets down, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
- Careful as a habitBlanket-wrapped furniture, runners over your floors, and door jambs padded before a single item moves.
The Quality Transfer & Storage promise
When a move goes sideways, we own it and put it right. What that buys you is a locked-in arrival window, a claims path spelled out in everyday words, and movers who guard your place as though it were their own.
✔ On time, in the window — the arrival slot we gave you, or a call before we are ever late.
✔ The number holds — the figure you signed is the figure you pay, and that is the end of it.
✔ Claims kept honest — logged on the spot and settled in writing, no dodging.
✔ Nothing in the small print — gas, mileage, and stair carries already sit inside the number.

Long-Distance FAQs
Are the movers your own staff or hired out?
Ours, always. Nate leads a trained crew on our own trucks, so there is no broker taking a slice, no day-labor, and no stranger you never met walking into your house.
How does the flat price stay locked?
We size the figure to your actual belongings and how tough the access is, put it on paper, and keep it there. Provided the load lines up with what you walked us through, move-day comes to the very figure you put your name on.
How far ahead should I book?
A week or two of notice covers most moves, and month-ends and the first of the month fill up first. If a crew is open we will still take a same-week or next-day job, so it never hurts to call and check.
How do you keep floors and walls from getting scuffed?
We lay down floor runners, pad the door jambs and railings, and blanket-wrap the furniture before it moves, so the place you are leaving and the one you are heading to both come through clean.
Do you ask for a deposit?
Only a small refundable amount to lock in your crew and date, nothing beyond that. Everything else comes due after the job wraps, and the quote itself is always free.
Do stairs or a piano add charges later?
No. A staircase, a long carry over a snowed-in yard, a piano or a gun safe, every bit of it is priced in before the first box is lifted, so the total never drifts from what you put your name on.
Want a price you can build the whole move around?
We will send your written flat rate over from the Edina office, most often the same business day.
